Refund Policy

Review our refund policy and submit your account for review if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

Premier and Premier Gold Subscriptions

All Premier and Premier Gold subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your Premium or Premium Gold subscription, all of your Premium features will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Pay-per-action products

Pay-per-action products charge per click. Any products where you’re charged per action are non-refundable.

EdGuru Learning Courses

Courses will generally remain available for as long as you keep your EdGuru account unless otherwise specified during checkout. On rare occasions, we may need to remove certain courses for legal or other reasons. We reserve the right to update courses without offering a refund or exchange.

Under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may qualify for a refund. For example, if you’re using our services for yourself (instead of on behalf of a business):

 

  1. If you live in Denmark or the Netherlands, we’ll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining.
  2. Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Note: This 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a one-month free trial, the period begins on the first day of your free trial, so there will be no fees paid as a refund.
  3. If you made a purchase using Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit, you’re entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A SEPA direct debit refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
  4. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you can submit your account for review.  

Other Paid Services

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, EdGuru has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.

Third-Party Marketplaces

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you purchase or subscribe for a course or Specialization, or purchase any other paid Service, through a third-party marketplace (e.g., in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or purchases made through certain alternative payment services), the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply, unless otherwise explicitly stated by EdGuru. Except as otherwise explicitly stated by EdGuru, the third-party marketplace will be solely responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and EdGuru will have no refund obligations. EdGuru disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy
